This unit gives us an idea of what kinds of materials we can bring to the classroom as teaching aids, including wip board, visual aids, worksheets, eletronic machines, video, dictionaries, course books and resource books. And, all the materials are divided into two groups, authentic materials and created materials. Also, how we should, as teachers, use course books in classroom.
It's good that students can have course books that they can refer to review what they learn and see their learning process in progression. However, teachers should never too rely on them because we know our students' need, books don't. We should always adjust whatever on course books to what our students need.
