I have to say I already had knowledge regarding some of the tests and exams presented in the unit. However, there are some other international exams that I didn't know and are completely new for me such as ESOL. I took the CAE three years ago and I got a high score, but I would not say it's easy, because it measures higher levels only.
I think as teachers it's essential to know how to assess our students at the very beggining of the course to know their level, during to check their progress, and after to measure how much they learnt at the end of the course.
