Teaching students can take many different forms. From one-on-one to groups, each lesson will require the teacher to adapt as needed to the student or students they are teaching. Different ages and reasons for learning come into play as well. Children may learn the quickest but will require more creativity and activity changing then perhaps an adult. Most adults are highly motivated to learn as it has been their decision to learn the language versus children who are learning the language because of school or a parent. In any instance, the teacher should know who they are teaching to and be as open to the approach and pace as they can be while still moving the students forward.
