I feel this unit was a nice summary of all the most important qualities for students and teachers both. Teachers are not just "teachers", they are actually expected to hold many concurrent roles - manager, facilitator, prompter, etc. All of this is meant to keep the student engaged and actually learning. In addition, the course also mentioned some qualities of good learners and different skill levels. It's important to be aware of student's level and to adjust accordingly. If you have a student who is acting up in class or is not paying attention there is probably an underlying cause; whether it be related to the teacher themselves or the student's level (class is too easy or too hard).
