I have learned the different characteristics of people how different learning and teaching styles are important to the students, to be observant in areas so that they are getting the best experience as a learner .to be a good listener with patience, something’s that stood out for me is the difference between a young learner and an adult , an adult may be more open to learn since they are more than likely using this as a profession or some where they need to be at this point in life
