This unit helped me review most of the methods I've tried before. And it seems that most of our adults students still prefer the Grammar-translation method. However, the shortcomings of this method are too obvious to us teachers. Although I've tried ESA many times in my English Corners, it is my first time come across this methodology. My English corners are always welcomed by students, and now I can see why. I would like to try "Boomerang" ESA lesson and "Patchwork" ESA lesson in my coming English corners to offer more "Activate" stage.
