In this section, we learned about the various things to keep in mind when planning a lesson. The main point that was made, was to stay flexible, when planning and when teaching, because you never know if the students may get stuck on one section or if one section may go quicker than planned. Experienced teachers need less planning, or at least written down planning, for beginner teachers, it is a good idea to write out a plan for class as not to forget information or be off timing. It is also very important to be organized, this goes hand in hand with a lesson plan, but goes further into making sure the room is set up for your lesson before the class arrives. After each class, you as a teacher should evaluate how the lesson worked out, giving yourself feedback and areas to improve for next time. With this, if you are planning a sequence of lessons, it should always affect how your next class goes, so coming back to flexibility, always room for changes.
