In productive skills I checked out the importance of guiding this process through the straight arrow ESA in order to achieve the goal key vocabulary of the lesson. Visual aids like a newspaper’s template to fill out, or a cartoon’s dialogues to prompt or elicit target vocabulary are also handy ideas when it comes to write down. Handwriting is never set apart which is surprising since nowadays these tasks are almost fully taken over by typing down on a device, and I agree writing down using a pen and a piece of paper is still a good exercise to master the alphabet letters.
