In this unit, I learned about past tenses, which are similar to present tenses, obviously. I found this section a bit difficult to digest due to the verbiage of each type of past tense. Comparing the uses for each tense, it becomes confusing as to when in the past each one is referring to. For instance, comparing past perfect to past perfect continuous, the first tense is used to talk about an action that was in progress at a specific point in the past while the latter tense is used for an action that has been going on longer in the past. Being a native english speaker, I find it interesting that relearning about grammar becomes very confusing, as if I'm learning it the first time, just due to the wording and explanations.
