This unit helped reinforce my knowledge of basic grammar. I have learned this material before, when I had gone through the public school system. I did enjoy how in-depth it went into with some of these parts of speech while not making the unit too long. I do believe it is important to return to the basics of the skills you learn to make sure you have a solid understanding of them before trying to teach or apply more complex strategies. This is because you need that firm base to build off of when you are learning a language. I have studied Arabic and Spanish, with both languages I have had to create a new base to understand the basics before pursuing more difficult manners of speaking.
