In Unit 13, pronunciation and phonology was discussed in great detail. This section focused on how to teach and explain different types of pronunciations to foreign students, and how English speakers from different parts of the world may pronounce certain words differently. After reading and reviewing this section, I have learned about phonetic scripts, as well as different types of pronunciations, stress techniques, and how to apply them to everyday speech. This chapter was extremely informative and eye-opening.
