I find the two videos really interesting. The first video wasn’t as effective given that the teacher just jumped into lesson of the day without engaging the students. That was a bit of a set back for the students. Now that’s the first lesson for me. If i lose my students at the beginning of my class, it will take extra work to get them interested again. It goes to show how important the engage phase is. The second video had a positive outlook. The students understood better, hence their willingness to participate, and they enjoyed the class.
