What is expected of a teacher is clear, I really appreciate that this was set out in the first module. The fact that all roles are clearly established in the beginning gives me a sense of placement in the classroom. I enjoy visualising information so this helped me get a clear idea of how one should potentially manoeuvre themselves around the classroom.
The content of the unit provided me with an understanding of the role of a teacher and that of a student. Furthermore, the different language levels helped one understand the different student groups that exist. The information on adult learners was informative, it provided insight on what to expect when teaching adult learners, something that could've easily been overlooked.
