From this unit I learned why it is important to create a lesson plan. It helps in organizing thoughts, in keep an eye on students' progress and it also servers as a record of what you've already studied. There are many points that should be included in a lesson plan such as: learners objectives, personal teacher's goals, procedure, phases, timing, activities, specifics of a group of students, date... etc.. Also, I learned that when planning several lessons, teacher needs to stay flexible and work according to the situation. Also, it's good to have self-evaluation form to see which sides of teaching to improve.
