I have learned that being a teacher requires one to be able to fulfill a number of different roles in the classroom, teachers must be able to effectively take on different roles within the classroom according to the situation. Learners will come in different ages and from different walks of life and cultural backgrounds, so it is important to be able to differentiate between each student and apply different teaching strategies accordingly.
