The content of this lesson is based on common problems that teachers come across in the classroom. In this unit i have learnt how to start a new course effectively and how to deal with reluctant students, large classes and different level of students. For example group work for large classes and reluctant students will make the lesson or activity more interesting and interactive than focusing on the students individually. With different levels, teachers can split the students into two groups, the stronger students in a group and the weaker students in another group but giving them different materials.
