The people interaction aspect in teaching is often more challenging than the actual act of teaching. There are many things a good teach needs to consider when aiding in their student's learning that the students themselves may not be aware of. If a class is large the instructor must think of the optimal ways to engage every student for both teacher talking time and student talking time. If there are students who noticiably don't get along then the instructor will need to address that for the sake of the classroom dynamic. Also, maintaining dicipline in the classroom is just as important, but must be done with great tact and care.
