This unit teaches about the various methods by which students should be evaluated and tested.It differentiates and elaborates the differences among the various ways of assessing students and their applicability.Under this unit we learned that students are evaluated for several reasons among which are:
To determine and language level, so as to assign them to appropriate classes
To prepare them for external exams.
To watch and monitor their progress so as to correct any mistake.
Finally, it teaches how these tests should be conducted.
