This unit gave a lot of useful information about the types of learners a teacher may come in contact with and the different types of teaching available. I really liked this unit because I want to teach both, in a school and in a company. While I want to teach students in a school first, I do want to move to a company after. Being able to see the similarities and (many) differences between the two types of learners was very enlightening. There are many differences between what to expect in the classroom. There are different standards and expectations between young learners and business learners. I think that by understanding those expectations and standards, better lessons can be developed. If there is a misunderstanding about how the learners should behave in the classroom, the learning within the classroom may not be as high as it should be.
