From Unit 1 I'd learnt the different type of student, learning level and teaching teaching I might face in my future teaching experience. I'd understood that I would face difficulties depending on the age, motivation and culture, and that I should balance the lessons with activities, assessments and talks in order to gain respect and attention from the students. Students must be treated as individuals: with respect and comprehension of their background. Learning ability combined with motivation will produce a good student whom would be capable to move to more difficult topics faster then other students.
