I learned a lot from the first unit! To be a good teacher, I need to possess a lot of good qualities, like being kind and patient, being lively and interesting. I also need to have good rapport and interaction with the class, treat all the students fairly, and above all, have a good command of the English language. I marvel at the many roles that a teacher will take. Besides being a manager, organizer,tutor and assessor,a teacher should also be a prompter, facilitator and observer. I also learned about the different levels of the learners, and the corresponding names according to the common European framework. In conclusion, if you are a good teacher,you will have good students!
