This unit really defined what a teacher is and all the attributes to make him an effective,motivating and inspiring teacher. The teacher's role is very important in the classroom as this allows the student to learn better. A teacher has to be facilitating, a good role model and observer. The students come in different levels and the teacher need to be discerning in order to utilize the best resources or method possible. When acting as a resource, a teacher not only becomes helpful but he becomes an inspiration for the learner to achieve his goals.
