This unit helps when it comes to one-on-one classes that are always what business people need to improve their career. It is essential to know their needs via a survey form about their company and possible problems. Usually, they need more practice speaking but I learned that we also have to consider their reading and writing skills which may be covered in the STUDY phase. As of activate phase it must be a goal that we as teachers cater to their speaking and presentation skills.
