Unit 5 Managing classes was instructive. While I was reading, it reminded me of my school and university times, so I started to analyze the ways how my teachers managed their classes. I realized how important is it to control your eyes, voice, mime, gestures and not to shout! I need to learn how to behave towards everyone in the same manner. The information about grouping and classroom arrangement was exciting and made me think about it from the psychological point of view. And yes, establishing rapport with the students is the most important for the teacher. As always, the video about classroom management was super useful!
