This unit is very helpful in identifying ways to fit in the class according to their size, nationality, level. This allows me to identify my style of teaching and how I adapt to small and big classes. Most importantly, inspiring students motivate them to join in any activities and I have learned that there are ways to avoid TTT. However, this unit determines the pros and cons. Hence, there are times that they need to engage in more TTT for me to model the correct usage. The teacher has to find ways to establish rapport and class spirit makes strategies easier to apply if the students respect and appreciate the class.
