This unit was about class management. Class management incorporates many tools and techniques that help make the classroom a good learning environment. In this unit, the teacher must have good eye contact, gesture and voice, be able to group students effectively, arrange the classroom in an organized fashion, know what to do when turning your back and writing on the board, know when to give individual attention, understand teacher talk time and student talk time, effective ways on giving instruction, and establishing rapport with your students.
