More teaching methodologies are available but ESA allows all the methods to be applied. In this unit, I learnt about most of the methodologies and how to implement them. I also learnt the difference between mistakes and errors and how to address them. In implementing ESA, it is important to elicit more information from the students in the engage stage, during the study stage, I need to work any difficulty encountered during a role play and ensure the main language concept is disseminated. It is also important to use the activate stage to end each ESA thereby letting the student use the corrections made during the study stage and language concepts learned (any or all knowledge learned) to ensure they understand.
