From this unit Classroom management, I've learnt the importance of the role in you play in the classroom. That you must adapt to the students in the class based on age, personality, willingness to learn therefore adapting activities to tailor to the class as a whole as well as the individuals. The unit highlighted how to be both passive and assertive when need be and the advantages and disadvantages of classroom arrangement, Teacher talking time vs. Student talking time etc. Establishing a good rapport is something that you must work for as a teacher in order to have good students, you must be a good teacher.
