This unit has opened my eyes on what a teachers life is like. These methodologies have made me realized there is so much more to teaching than just giving material to students and having them do worksheets and tests. The methods provided in this unit allows students to be motivated and gives them the ability to participate without becoming bored of the material. My favorite one of the methodologies is suggestopaedia. I never knew this term until now. This method is great and I can actually see this working, especially with younger students. The approaches that are mentioned in this unit are great because they keep the students motivated, which at times may be the hardest part of teaching. I wish teachers were taught these approaches when I was in school!
