This unit has re enforced how important it is for the teacher to have good knowledge and understanding of the level where his / her students fall under his guide. I understand that the teacher must prepare lessons which are appropriate to the level of their students - and realise the necessity of keen observation of student progress. By giving them tests at the beginning , middle and end of a course chapter would help everyone understand whether the lesson ha been fully absorbed and retained.Very enjoyable unit , and the video proved helpful.
