This unit pointed out when and how a teacher needs to maintain discipline, build rapport and manage the class overall. I liked the information given on the nuances of body language and tone of voice that can be most effective in classroom management. There are several tips from this module I can takeaway and put to use immediately. Such as not echoing student’s responses, using a students name at the end of a question so as to keep the entire class on alert, etc.
