From this Unit I have learned few things. First, is how to manage the class. The classroom managing is important for making friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the class. Second, I believe that grouping students is also very important. I think that it is better to use different types of grouping so it can increase STT and helps students to develop their speaking skills. All in all, I understood that teacher's eye contact, voice and gestures are important in getting class attention and maintaining discipline.
