I learned about the different roles a teacher needs to take on at different times of teaching. Sometimes a teacher will need to be a manager and give explanations, while other times a teacher will need to be a facilitator and let students learn a language for themselves. I also learned their are many different levels and types of learners. Adults tend to be easily motivated while young learners tend to be more open-minded.
