This unit about teaching aids and equipment was like a refresher unit for me. I already use most of the equipment discussed in this unit, however, I have some ideas to use items I haven't in my classes before. I think the use of video cameras would be good for discussion and evaluation but I do worry about students who don't want to be recorded or feel embarrassed. The interactive whiteboards are great when they work well but when they suddenly stop working during a class, even if you've checked everything before hand it can be a disaster.
