Unit 20 focuses on common problems situations faced by the teacher in class.The class might be a mixture of students with different language level,that is the weaker and the stronger students.I have learnt that the teacher should not use the course book in the first lesson but the teacher may use games so as to establish rapport. Same student does not have confidence to participate in the class,the teacher should be in a position to make them have confidence of participating in a good manner.
