In this unit we covered Classroom Management. The eyes, voice and gesture being a dominate factor for managing. Each with their own benefits and abilities to be used in conjunction. We also learnt about about grouping of classes and the different formation that they can take. What merits each one can have and the disadvantages as well. For Students individual attention and giving instruction the shining point was one my mother would commonly state K.I.S.S. keep it simple... Another gem was the name at the end of the question, to keep everyone engaged. Finally discipline, a balance of trust and respect with a dash of authority.
