this unit gives details concerning how to go about teaching a new or an existing class. establishing rapport with new students has always been my way and being more like a freind when need or a strict teacher when required has also worked out for me. this make students understand they can be friendly and engaging during lessons but never disrespectful. i personally prefer to teach large classes because i get the chance to use grouping and pairing activities which gives a lot of dynamics to the class.
