From these 2 videos, i can know the second class is more effective. first, the teacher was in the classroom very early, and at the beginning of the class, as the en gene phrase, the teacher introduced himself to the students, and it makes the students fell comfortable. then the teacher write some gap-fill sentence to elicit the language points , the students will know what they will study in this lesson. and the teacher goes to the study phrase, explain the grammar very clearly.
