I learnt classroom management from this unit.it include eye contact ,gesture and the voice.and grouping the students include whole-class grouping,students work on their own,pair work and group work.another one is classroom arrangement:orderly rows,circles and horseshoes,separate tables,and the teacher's position.students are often sensitive to your position.and whether you are sitting or standing .it can tell them:what kind of activities it is,what the teachers' role will be and what the students are expected to do.
