In this unit reflection, I feel that I have learnt about the reasons to have a lesson plan and to ensure there is structure to the classroom. How it can be useful for new teachers who may require a more detailed roadmap for learning vs. more experienced teachers who may simply use notes. The use of it can assist with preparing for the classroom, provide that structure even if minimum of what you wish students to learn by the end of the session. Finally, provides a record for what has been covered.
