These videos were an excellent example of cause and effect in the classroom, which is set by the teacher. The second video highlights exactly how a productive and positive class is supposed to happen. There are many techniques shown which can directly relate to the students feeling content and progressive in the class. The simplest of them would be explaining all directions and giving examples of worksheets and games before beginning them. In addition, completing examples on the board throughout the lesson similar to the worksheet, to create an easy flow for their learning. Creating a personal connection with each student also proves to make a huge difference, like learning each student's name and then making sure each student gets a chance to speak with every activity. This is also important in building respect for one another in the classroom.
