Unit 4 gave an overview of the present tenses: present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. I found this whole unit to be very interesting. I have learned a lot from this section and it has helped me tremendously with understanding the tenses. I believe this will be beneficial in teaching because correct usage of tenses is paramount to speaking English properly.
