In Unit 13 covered the importance of pronunciation and phonology. I learned about the patterns of intonation such as Rise-fall, Fall-rise and Flat. Very good information on techniques for teaching intonation like, using gestures, the whiteboard, singing and humming in addition to using nonsense words which I found very interesting. I also learned about the use of Stress in a sentence and the rules thta apply.
