From unit 5, I have learned some important knowledge to manage classes. Firstly, there are some useful techniques such as using eye contact, using gesture, using the voice and using students’ name to establish a good rapport with the students. Secondly, I learned the advantages and disadvantages of different ways of grouping students while teaching. And when considering how to organize the classroom arrangement, there are many factors to taking into consideration such as the age of the students or their nationalities.
