These videos helped put into perspective the correct and incorrect ways to present a lesson. The first video demonstrated an ineffective way to teach a lesson. The students were not involved, because the teacher came across as intimidating and did not deliver clear information. The second video was a prime example in showing how to effectively deliver an english lesson. After watching video 2, I took notes on how to engage properly using positivity, speaking clearly and showing a personable relationship with the students. I feel confident in knowing exactly how to execute the study phase by monitoring the class and ensuring everyone understands the instructions given. Seeing how involved all the students were in the activate phase of this video demonstrated just how important it is to deliver an effective lesson.
