I learned a basis for what makes a successful classroom from a personal level. The good attributes you should have as a teacher and the attributes you hope to find in your students. I learned about the roles the teacher must include in his teaching style. As well as the understanding of different knowledge levels from beginners which lack in any understanding to advanced learners searching to match their English level to that of their native language. Finally, I learned the variances between adult and child learning. These included deviance sin motivation, experience, expectation, and anxiety.
