In this unit, there are many ways of managing classes.From the seating arrangements of students to the behaviour and body language of the teacher, everything must be accounted for when teaching in a classroom. There are many benefits for having the students to work individually and in groups so the teacher must be able to balance it out when needed. It is also very important for the teacher as a figure head of the class to be able to assert dominance but not to the point of being excessive. Teachers have to be confident and provide and good learning environment for their students on class by class basis. The main takeaway from this lesson is that the teacher must be observant to the students needs and to strike a balance on a disciplined and a fun classroom environment where the students can enjoy learning English.
