Unit 17 was full of information regarding classroom aids and equipment. As shown in this lesson, there are a plethora of traditional and modern classroom tools which can be used to bolster class productivity and learning. While realistic incorporation of various forms of equipment is heavily reliant on a school’s specific budget and resources, there are also numerous cheap and easy classroom aids that can be used. I appreciate how this lesson covers the bases of classroom equipment options ranging from interactive whiteboards to cassette tapes. From my own experience as a student, I know just how impactful proper use of aids and equipment are in experiencing a well prepared and executed lesson. I especially appreciate the thorough list of website and resource links provided in this lesson as it is important to maximize the many free materials that exist on the internet. This lesson was altogether very helpful as it explained the optimal usages of classroom aids.
