This unit explained teaching pronunciation and phonology. It reviewed intonation, stress, the phonemic alphabet, and articulation. In addition to that, it also provided examples on how to teach these concepts to students. I feel like I learned everything I ever needed to know about speech in English. Most of these concepts seem like things native speakers wouldn't ever really think about, so it was interesting to see them broken down into easy to understand explanations. I believe that pronunciation and phonology would be tricky to teach to students, but this unit provided good examples on how to go about doing that.
