This section explains in detail the different types of groups a new teacher may encounter, from beginners and young learners to adults needing business English. This section is very important because the material taught and the lesson plans created will very much reflect who is in the group and the reason they are taking the classes. I like how the business English material also shows an example of an analysis worksheet, these will ensure the teacher and student are on the same page about the most important points. Plus the students get out of the lessons exactly what their looking for. I agree that these worksheets along with diagnostic testing for every level will be tremendously helpful for the teachers to tailor lessons specifically for each class of students in mind, then they will receive the maximum benefits. I also like the long list of activities suggested for one on one students, this will help keep lesson plan activities still fun while only having one student.
